The Life We Lead

This week, we unraveled quite the tale—literally. Lisa's underpants made headlines, spending a whole day worn backwards. It’s the ultimate cringe in fashion don’ts. Move over vogue, there’s a new trendsetter in town and it’s all about discomfort chic. Ever experienced confusion in the gusset department? Prepare to chuckle!

Fashion Flub Files:

  • Wardrobe Disaster 101: The capers of Lisa dressing in reverse, complete with a floppy sock, is how legends are born. A masterclass in chaotic dressing. Memo to self: front and back are important.

  • Flower Power or Foul Play?: Samantha sparked a debate on bathroom sprays—is it a fresh floral burst, or simply masking your most private affairs? Vote now: lavender poop or cinnapoo, which is your jam?

Current Conundrums:

  • Snowpocalypse Now? Lisa questions weather people’s end-of-the-world snow reports in March. In January, it’s another Wednesday; end of March—it’s Snowmageddon! Seriously, Mother Nature, calm your scatter snow brain.

  • Gourmet Grumbles: At Churchill Brewery, Lisa took a stab (literally) at dry ribs. Her epic battle to knife ‘em got more laughs than an open-mic night. Should ranch dressing just come with everything?

Icons and Idols:

  • The Ann Murray Mania: The high note of the Junos was Ann Murray, our national treasure. Lisa beamed with patriotic pride as our songbird donned her bedazzled hockey jersey. It's the Canadian tuxedo of the music world and we are HERE for it!

Spontaneous Shenanigans:

  • Fabulous Over Fifty: Lisa tackled beauty tips for the seasoned and sassy. A shadow stick might solve all, except for encouraging long lost dreams of mastering the smoky eye. Maybe a dab of shimmer will light the way!

  • Why Women Crush (and Occasionally Kill—in Their Dreams): Gentlemen, bookmark this section as Samantha throws down the top reasons women silently seethe. From mansplaining to emotional assumptions—it’s a minefield out there, boys!

Television Treats:

  • Binge-Worthy Belles: Samantha spotlighted "The Pit" and "Small Achievable Goals", a blend of drama and menopause humor. Be prepared to laugh, love and learn—it’s practically educational watching!

  • Bethenny Frankel: Saucy and Sassy: This self-made bajillionaire has as many opinions as she does snack bars, and we’re devouring them all.

Friendship Fun Fest:

  • Insults Are In: A recent study reveals those trading playful insults are 300% more loyal. Yep, Lisa and Sam are officially world-class friends; sarcasm is their love language!

From backwards underpants to imaginary homicides and Bethenny's best, this episode was packed with laughs, life, and a lesson or two.
